Not really familiar with Rangers, so out of curiosity, what is the big hole in the fender for? Nice project by the way.

are those lower bars gonna be strong enough with the bags on there? they look like there gonna bend in half.

he will be fine if they are .188 wall.. hell any truck is, i'd use .250 on a burban and to tow with.

he doesnt need .500 wall 4" OD 4 links like people are starting to think ppl do.

1" bars with bags on them will bend, period. .120 wall, .1875 wall, solid, doesn't matter. They don't have the diameter to support the weight on their own. They need to be gussetted if they are that small. Even 1.25" tube won't hold up. 1.5" has a chance if its .1875 wall. I called Max about this before building the links for the truck I am doing right now He said to go bag on bar with round tube and no gussets you need a minimum of 1.75" .120 wall. So I ran 1.75" .120 wall sleeved with 1.5" .120 wall and plug welded.

The only question I have about this thing, is why did you put the front frame clip up so high? It looks like its about 4 inches off the ground. Can you get enough lift to turn? And will the motor clear the hood?
