its it just a direct swap or does other thing have to be changed out and reworked?

i did a 5 lug swap on my 92 mazda witch should be almost the smae as a izuzu. i took my factory front hubs to machine shop and a rim that had a toyota lug pattern and they redrilled my factory hubs with that lug pattern, and it worked perfectly. and the rearend i put the rearend out of a 92 toyota truck. any good machine shop should be able to do this for you in a few days

I have a 92 Isuzu. The way I did it was to use a 1990 toyota rear end. On the front you can use toyota hubs and rotors. I have shAIM spindles and the inner and outer wheel bearings are the same. You have to space the calipers to make up for the difference in rotor height between the Isuzu an Toyota hubs. The other thing to watch out for is the hubs pushing the mounting face for the wheels out.

like he said, the front is direct bolt on. the isuzu and yota use the same bearings. you hav to use the isuzu rear seal if i remember right and you must shim the caliper 1/8 of an inch to center the rotor in it.
the rear you will have to make mounts for whatever rear suspension you have and you will need the rear section of the yota driveshaft to adapt to yours. just be sure you have room for link bars etc. between the wheels and the frame as the yota rearend is about 2 inches or so narrower on each side.

Will the yota rotor work on an 87 pup spindle? And does the swap push the wheel out or stay the same?
