I am removing the brake controller on my tahoe. I noticed the rear brake line comes out of the m.c. 1/4 to the controller, then 1/4 to the rear end where it tee's off 3/16 to each wheel. My question is would it hurt to have 3/16 all the way back from m.c. to rear wheels? I have a proportion valve from summit I am using.

as long as you have a prop valve you are ok.who needs ABS anyway!

i am ditching abs on my truck as well. How are you hooking your lines up to the booster. On my truck i am gonna try to use a hydraboost setup, and use lines from like the square body truck for the front and hook them straight up to the booster. and the same for the rear. is that how you are doing yours?

I am gonna come straight from the master cylinder and put a tee for the front. For the rear, it will come off the m.c. go to a prop. valve and the to the rear end where it will tee for each wheel. I just need to know if 3/16 will be big enough for the rear.
