nah, stick to the term "rat rod"... ive got magazines from the 1950s-1970s. never have i seen cars that look like that so i think the term "traditional" should be thrown out the window.
anyway, really neat car. id roll the fuck out of that thing.id like to see it next to a hummer or something to get a real perspective on its size.

never seen a sever chopped and channeled car? really? thats odd....they were being built pre 65.
rat rod is what that car is, a thrown together car with no style at all. a traditional on the other hand you have to buy parts that work together, fab them to work together, and have a sense of style. also, follow work that does back then. its evolved a bit lately (past 5 years) to more modern suspensions and paints and shit.....but it always comes down to having it look like its straight from the 60's and earlier.
