Locating device?

Like I said, it was a crude drawing. It is just and idea and I was wondering if it would work in theory. Seems like a cheap alternative to a watts link.

it's not much cheaper than a watt's link. you'd be 20 much more into materials just to do it right. to me, that'd be worth it.

There is no way for that to work. It would bind. A panhard bar is what you want.

That design won't work (obviously) but it is similar to a dsign called "jacobs ladder" It was use on vehicles that just don't have enough room for anything else. I can't seem to find a pic of it anywhere.
