1991 s-10 pickup?

i was vwoundering if anybody knows who owns a 1991 chevy s-10 pickup 2wd. it's at the sharis in silverdale,washington sometimes.it's badass it's black chrome 93 bumper and shell.it has a flowmaster exhaust and is loud and fast.sorry i don't have any pics.i just want to talk to the owner to see what he did.it's a awsome truck.any help would be cool!
