i am having a brain fart on what i shoudl do to mount up my front cylinder on my caprice wagon. everyone tells me to run 3 tons 3 coils high, but i want the ride of accumulators. i was gonna plate the lowers and weld my uniballs on them, im wonderign what you guys are doin to fill the void between the lower arm and the top of the spring pocket. i have ideas but i would like to see what others are doin. thanks for reading

You can still run the 3 tons and the accumulators will be working over the springs as they will be so stiff...the springs essentially would be spacers, or you can like you said weld a uniball on the bottom and run a pipe spacer over the cylinder to the donut above.

i would personally run both the spring and the accumulator together. Thats a heavy ass car for just accumulators alone if they arent charged at the right psi.

iam running a accumulator on the front of my diesel with some 1 1/2 inch pipe for spacers with power balls rides fine for me
