I have a 97 tacoma with a 3-1/4" b/d on 18's with a automatic tranny my motor oil pan is like a 1/4" off the ground i just started to drag the rack and pinion bolts. And im worried about putting a hole in the oil pan. Its SOOOO close to laying flat rocker Did anyone else have this problem?? im thinking of sectioning the oil pan and adding a oil cooler. anyone know another easy way to get it a little lower? the truck still doesnt lay flat frame in the front or middle

yeah I have drug through a little of my rack n pinion bolts and the oil pan is starting to hang a little low. As far as sectioning the pan, it will work just make sure you dont take out to much. Bret is right...go ahead and z the front.
