The Story So Far...baggin' an 87

NICE WORK NOT FEELING THE PLASTIC FITTINGS.

Came up this past weekend to have the tubs reinstalled in the bed. We didnt get to the notch cover but made some good progress. Took it home last night and started the body work on the seams.

i love the stock tub look, and scooter has really been tearing his truck up the other night he started draggin rockers

body work about half done. need to wait till the bridge cover is done

super sick bro.. i doin mine on 15 inch smoothies wit baby moons and rings and FAT whites.. wondering if u have a pic of the steering shaft..did u notch the upper arm or use borguson joints?

notched the upper arm. BARELY enough room. it is z'd 1.75 inches...if it was 2 inches you would have to use joints. Ill get some pictures of it.

yo man love the build so far truck looks sooo badass. few questions. said you did a 1.75" "z". did you throw drop spindles on it to? also where is that tank out of?

truck does have drop spindles on it and the fuel tank is one of the factory saddle tanks that came on the truck, just relocated to the toolbox.

Change up in the engine department. Dont have the money for the spotted ape of an engine I wanted to build so was able to get ahold of a 350 out of a 90 model. Serpentine! Just going to go back factory with a few internal upgrades that will not affect appearance.
