does anybody make star or nautical star shift knobs?

my g/f's car is a nissan altima and has the less traditional auto tranny with the button being the brake pedal. so i wanna get her a star or nautical star shift knob. anybody know where i can get one?

haha, fuckin cris. such a smartass. love it. brings me a laugh everytime. but yeah, if you find anything post it up. id be interested. engraved in a round knob, just the shape, whatever id be up for some pics. good luck. and maybe just make one. could get a polished ball and sandblast a star into the top with some fine sand. did that on the window of one of my trucks. i went kinda deep though. so it would be really frosted.
