i won't even get into how to do the front suspension because within 2 minutes someone will come along and say that their was is better but you have 3 options
spindle flip
drop spindles
djm lowers and raised uppers
there's been plenty of discussion on all of those already so just dig back and you'll find them
shouldn't have to worry about transmission tunnel except for in the rear of the cab so expect to have to raise that to allow clearance
have to take a hammer to the firewall or do it the right way and tub it out, which will require a dash pull
of course raise the fenders
and you may need a smaller brake booster out of an explorer but I can't remember if that is just for a bodydropped one or bagged
