I may not help much i think i know how to get it out, i have done a few, but with the help of others, and i can tell you these are the suckiest doors to work on, but, first, remove the run channel. then, if have the trim panel off, you will notice the black panel that everything thing is attached to, it should be held on be a number of 7mm screws and one 10mm, get it loose, pick up on it and pull the bottom out, now as you will find the track and all is attached to this panel, the black piece will not come off with the handle rods and window still on track, but u should be able to get the panel far enough down to get the window out, u will have to get the part of the channel attached to the window glass off of one of the rollers on the track, and then the window should either go forward of backwards off of the other roller then it should pull out, im not positive of this, but it has been awhile and i believe this is how we did it
