do shops finance at all?

do any shops finance, or is it going to be all at once or 50 now 50 at the end? im working my ass off trying to get money to bag the truck. it sucks its not a simple bag job, or else I would be able to do it myself. I have enough to pay labor on the job, just don't have enough for a few (expensive) parts that I would need to do it.

so is this possible at all? maybe rod shops over mini shops?

some shops take credit cards i know we are looking into setting this up soon. and i know some do layaway plans etc but i have always been scetchy about that

most shops i know are 50 now 50 when done. there is no shop out there i would just give a few thousand dollars to at one time to bag my truck. then they have your truck and your money and have nothing to work towards.

a 50/ 50 plan is great! we work with some finance companies here in knoxville.

i would love taylor to do my truck, but hes a little too far away

since we are a general fab shop we are used to fronting 1000s of dollars, we usually do a job, then get paid in full upon customer pickup or delivery or whatnot, unless its a large business that bills out every 30-45 days.... in doing bag jobs, we like for the customer to supply the air parts, that way warranty is out of our hands on parts.... but as for labor and misc parts like steel and fasteners and wire and other misc, we usually tally up a final invoice....

where are you located

im starting to offer financing through wells fargo.. although we dont do any fab here, we do tons of wheels/tires, grilles, lifting/lowering, window tinting, and audio/video... so it's nice for people to have the option of applying for credit to get $10k worth of work, rather than just $1k...
