If you just want to lay frame with your Mazda on a 25" tire here is what you can look forward to doing...
Front: You can use stock arms up front or tubulars if you desire. The only company I'm awars of that makes a production tube arm for the Dawg is Cando. Places like Bio Kustumz or Barely Legal also make arms on a one off basis if you want a one off set. You will need a set of drop spindles for the front as well. If you stay 6 lug you are stuck with Aim spindles. If you are doing a 5 lug swap you can order arms that will accept a Toyota drop spindle from Bell Tech. You shouldn't need to move the clutch master or booster if you're looking to lay frame. You will however need to cut your fender wells and relocate a few items mounted to them for clearance. You're lucky you have a 2200i because there is very little mounted to the inner fenders. You probably won't have to tub the fire wall at all to clear and if there should be a clearance issue it will be slight.
You shouldn't need to switch out the rear end if you choose your wheel offset carefully. If you do need to make some extra room in the back a Courier rear axle is a sensible swap and is 4 inches narrower than the original rear axle.
