Your asking for a lot there, basically spray gun quality out of a can.

When I get someone who doesn't want to pay for primer/single stage chassis black, or my time I use Rust-Oleum Stops Rust Semi-Gloss Protective Enamel, or Gloss Protective Enamel. Comes in a black and white can, takes forever to dry, smells like bananas and carb clean and is pretty durable. If you use their primer it turns out with a surprisingly nice finish and last a long time. Its the closest thing I have found to actual "paint" that comes in a can. Its about $5-6 a can.

Obviously the cap indicates the color.

Personally I like the quality of what comes out of a gun. And if you use a nice primer it will come out very nice. I found out the hard way that DuPont isn't really "nice primer" and their lower end brand name, "Nason" isn't worth a damn. I like PPG now.

But it just depends on what you want. Personally, I will paint anything I do for myself with a gun, because realistically, it costs $10-20 more and the rest is time. Masking everything off, and cleaning your gun, then peeling tape. Thats about it. And you can get inexpensive guns at HF, Home Depot, Lowes, or even eBay. If you use the coupon I posted for HF stuff, I believe you can get a paint gun for around $10 if its on sale at the time. From what I hear, they aren't bad. I have one of their undercoating guns and it works pretty well.

Thats another thing you could spray your frame with, undercoating or bedliner. SEM makes a nice product. About $100 for a gallon kit if I remember right.

my jobber has alkalide enamel in basic colors for about 35 bucks a gallon (3qt paint 1qt activator).

its basically trailer and implement paint. you can get it at the farm store too they just want more money for it.

a buddy used it on one of his restoration products for the backside of all his panels and after they thinned it down a lil with some cheap reducer it flowed out pretty nicely.

not sure if they used primer but i would at least spray a good coat of epoxy first.
