I have been looking at gettin a set of the triple convoluted bags for the rear of my truck. I need more lift but don't have a lot of room as far as width goes. I have been looking at the ones that are 6" diameter. Right now I have the 2500 bags in the rear and it won't clear the rear tire. Was thinking it might help the ride a little. What does everybody think about these bags? Good or Bad?

what brand are you find that bag in?

they look a little cheesy to me, but no clue if they'll actually hold up

if i were you, i'd redesign the setup to get more lift out of the bag you have, or make a normal 2600lb bag fit

I've got a KP Bolt on 4 link on my fullsize Chevy 97 model. The way the rear bags are set us are on the outside of the frame. the Lower bag mount is behind the axle and the upper bag mount is on the frame. If I set it up where the rear fenders clear the tire, the rear won't lay all the way down. If I go to a 2600 bag it won't fit between the tire and the frame without rubbing. I can't go any wider bag than 6". I have loked at the Contitech bags but don't know anybody who has run them. I could go over the axle but then I will have to redo my panhard bar and change it up. I figured this would be the best way to get more lift in the rear and be able to run lower pressure in the bag when drivin.

if you cant fit a 2600 bag there then your not gona fit the big conttitechs there huge. i would run a slam re6 or even a re7 because they dont ballon out like a firestone or contitech. i was just hoping you wernt looking at chassis tech tripple stack small bags, because i would not trust my life on those....... you could allways go 6 link

I have been thinking about the 6 link but don't have the money for that right now. I like the way they are set up though. The bags on Chasis tech is actually what I have been looking at. they were the only ones I can find that will fit and give some lift.

look at slam specialties.com.. their 2600 pound bag is smaller in width but taller than the one u have know. smaller by .4 but almost 3 inchs taller compressed

Well I took a look at the Slam Specialties and it is 1/2" shorter collapsed and 2" taller fully inflated. I may go with a set of these. Since a few people have suggested them. Plus I know they are good quality unlike the others I was looking at.
