need some bumper/valance help

ok in some of my old and newer minitruckins i have seen some people runing the runner bumper like me but running some kind of chrome metal val off a 2wd bumper i think but anyone know what one it is the 89-91 or the 92-95 one ...and if i was to ger the plastic one i habe now chromed how good does this stuff stand up on plastic valances

i believe fbi was the one doing that chrome valance conversion...

they just had this convo on the yotascene website. to get that combo you need the 92-95 4runner bumper and a pickup metal valance (which is what fbi was selling with billet grills)thats how you get the whole chrome 4runner front end

ya but cant find on the fbi site ...so i guess not a big seller so they stoped sellin it....and i posted on here cause on yotascene no one knew
