im thinking about buying a truck that has a south carolina title and the guy is telling that it doesnt have to be notorized. i dont know alot about sc laws so i want to be safe before i spend the cash then i cant get the truck registered. me and the truck are located in nc. need info asap and it would be greatly appreciated
