SMC valve rapair??

My buddy has some 1/2" SMC valves and he was finishing up the motorswap on his truck today and the main power wire he had running back arced on his battery and now the valves do nothing... does anyone know if these are repairable, i called FBI and they said they used to make rebuild kits for them but they are hard to find now... any help will be greatly appreciated, cause ball valves are slow and boring... lol
