Does anyone have any info on this truck? LA / Westminister area...

Saw a listing for it in the westminister area and was interested, but I live and portland and the pictures only tell so much... just wondering if anyone down there maybe knows who built the truck or knows anything about it? The guy selling it said that he bought it from a Bank Repo...

damn they messed that truck up. looks like someones first bag job. that body drop is tore up. how can someonedo that toa new truck. i woulda stock floored it.

If it was VERY, VERY cheap I would attempt it just to make new everything. I have that opinion on lots of "shouldn't buy" rides though.
