getting ready to do my first stock floor bodydrop... could use any tips you guys got, like do i reinforce the frame with 2x4 or will 2x3 work? all info is greatly appreciated...

Hey thats my tread listed above, i was just about to say look on FSC forum fo pics. 88-98s are easy as hell to stock floor. only go 2.5in and no cut are made to the cab floor.

I went 2.5" and had to raise my trans tunnel like 2".

yea i had to raise mine also, and the exhaust manifold hit the firewall on the 350.... and it hit again when i put headers on it...

no, i tried to put them on, and they hit on the pass side, so i had to beat the firewall with a hammer, chipped off the bedliner, now whenever i work on the thing again, i'll have to cut a spot on the firewall, and patch it so it isnt waavy where i hit it with a hammer... then bedline it again...
