call steve at cando. he will help you with anything. dude loves to talk. call to ask about his cando arms and get a lesson on how to properly mow your grass. but he is cool as shit.

correction. learn how to run bigger than 19's and how to properly cut your lawn.

lol, yeah steve is cool. I setup my taco to run 20s with just cando uppers and flipped lower balljoints and it layed out fine, but had terrible toe issues. I was told by flipping the ball joints it increased the bumpsteer. so I put everything back in its stock location and then of course had the problem of it not laying out.I was gonna also use a spindle spacer but wanted them to be fully welded to the spindle, and since I cant TIG at all and I will be driving the truck daily I sold the uppers and I just went ahead and bought biocustomz spindles. they really are worth the money man. It can be done with a spacer and cando upper arms I believe with a little more work. The best setup I have seen is PDOGs taco. looks like maybe an 1.5" spacer....good luck.

right off steves site..........

OK so here's the deal with the taco a-arms and laying 20's......, you have to put some spacers between the lower balljoint/tie-rod end bracket (it's one piece) the rack is pivoted to it's limit up to an 18" wheel/tire by spacing the balljoint/tie-rod end bracket - you get the same effect as a dropped spindle it will work fine spaced - but to do it optimally - you would need to raise the upper control arm the same amount you space the spindle to get the geometry back to TOYOTA's design.

yeah I have talked with steve about it also. mark my word though...the steering will be an issue, regardless of the spacers, raised arms and everything. keep us updated on the progress

yea i know steve is cool as shit, he'll talk 4 days lol. i talked to him yesterday and he told me to get some spacer from AIM but i jus figured me payin what ive payed for my upper and lowers that i wouldnt have to spend anymore money. cause the problem is my lower is binding up on the bottom of the frame. therefore keepin the front of the truck bout an inch off the ground. if anybody has any pics of flippin the ball joint it'd be greatly appreciated, cause im feelin like a complete f@*k tard rite bout now. thanx again
