hmmmm, I went through the same problem. its not the wheels or the upper arms. its the steering rack that needs to be raised. I fixed this problem by buying biocustomz spindles and had max modify my lowerball joints(where the steering arm connects). I am assuming you have flipped balljoints also, which only makes the bumpsteer worse. I really cant tell you much more but that I racked my brain trying to fix this. I guess you can say I gave up but now I have stock upper and lower arms and almost no bumpsteer...not to mention I only got the 2" drop spindles which is less than what a flipped balljoint drops it, so I gained lift. there a handfull of guys running 20s and layed out without the toe problms, maybe they can chime in.

is it toed out raised up or layed out or both?

oh and does the cando arms need spacers in between the lower balljoint and the spindle?

I already have a 1.5" inch spacer and the upper cup has been moved the same. and it gets worse when it layed out.

is your lower balljoint flipped also or can you do that on those arms?

Yes it is. People keep telling me to move the rack.

Also thought about doing heim joints.

move the rack up an inch and align the truck at the mid way travel of the suspension
