im sure it is some kind of trade secret but what is the process of takin it down to 22" ive started going to school to be a machinist and was wondering how to do it???ive been runnin a lathe lately...im sure u do it on a mill do just take around the edge down with a end mill???

I know it took a lot of trial and error to get it right. If its not machined down enough, the tire wont fit. If its too far the tire will try to come off the rim. You could just buy a stock 22.5 and a machined 22 and measure the difference...

takes some skill tho, dont really wanna put ur life at risk with a bad milled wheel..

i know some one that just put 22" tires on his and it worked fine he drives it every day

that is one thing that companies won't reveal. Trial and error with 2 wheels will be your best friend.
