swapping from Minitruck to 4runner.

I can't see putting all the money and time into my little 2 seater toyota anymore. It's got a brand new engine and clutch that I paid $2800 for and I was wondering if I could find a cheep 2wd v6 4runner shell if I could swap out the mounts and put in my engine, trans, radiator... pretty much everything mechanical from my truck?

Finding a 4-cyl manual 2wd 4Runner is difficult, but there are tons of V6's for cheep with good bodies but bad engines.

i dont see y you couldnt, mite take a lil fabbing, hell put the toyframe clip under it to

just set the 4runner body on your trucks frame, you'll have to make some new body mounts because not all of them line up.
