Emissions test help in VA

Anyone know of any shops in VA (22405) that can help with this test? Everything exhaust or emissions on my truck is stock, but my computer is messed up so shops cant run the required tests for emissions. Anyone have a shop or know of anyone that will help me out with this? My tags are already dead, so need some help ASAP!

Register your truck at an address in the country. It's the only option I have as i removed my cat. Don't tell the feds.

spotsylvania doeesnt require emissions yet

when I was stationed in Norfolk VA I never had to do emissions. Well it can't be as bad as here in Cali

yea im in goochland and we dont have em. where are you fburg and spotsy guys at. my girlfriend lives off 208. im always over there on breaks form school. will be around plenty this sumer im sure.
