Air Zenith question

Ok guys gotta couple questions. So I had a az and been in since august. Well the other day it took a shit. So I took it apart and one of the bearings was frooze. So i took it to a bearing place they matched them. Got them replaced em put it all back together. Hooked it up, and it worked. But wouldnt build anymore the 120psi. So I said screwed it and ordered and brand new one. Had it overnighted. Got the new on in, Which is a complete redesighn the head looks totally diff. Hooked it up turned it on and its so damn loud. But worked twice as fast as the other one did when it was brand new. So it was workin good, And all in all it took a shit lastnight. Only been on the road for like 3 days. I took the leader hose of the head turned it on and theres barely any air coming out of it. So what the hell is goin on? This is my 3rd az since june when we bagged the truck. Sorry for the long ass post but I need help and asap

this is just me i wouldn't buy another AZ mine i didn't even have a year and it crapped out on me i went with 2 viair 480s i hate the AZ's

um yeah all i can say is get an viair or edc cuz ive never heard anything good about the AZ's.

ive got an az and sent it in for warranty and recall. my flapper valve got stuck closed and caused the compressor to build air and finally blew the piston ring. its quite possible you might have gotten w/ one a bad part which was part of the recall.

call this number 702 270-7988 and talk to Doug Scholl hes the warranty tech for az and is very helpful. just tell him what your deal is.

i had two of them burn up on me! and i have a brand new one in the box that has a recall on it
