Unreal sound-deadening on the cheap

Just fininshed installing my box under my tonneau - single 20" ported in between the seats, totally lined the bed and box with MEL ROLL - a heavy, sticky backing that's applied to cement wall where they're going to have dirt back filled against it - it's heavy as hell and about ten layers stops all vibration (but it weighs man so be carful) This is the power tonneau I used, probably the easiest and most satisfying installation I've ever done on anything:

MEL ROLL ??? ive heard of peeps doin that. where do you get the shit? is it difficult to work with? how bout under carpet and door panels? (w/ 3 kids - im always lookin for "cheap"!)

anyways, link to the product, or atleast who we can talk to about it. Second Skin is probably one of the best, if not the best out. Other than that, on the cheap you can make your own "lizard skin" and it works well. Can even be put over top your asphalt based deadeners AND your liquid deadeners.

i get mine at home depot and lowes. its in the roofing/ lumber area. bad thing is its only like 8-10 inches wide...its good shit though and cheap. "seems" like it was 15 bux for a roll of it, been i while since i used it ( roll was something like 20 ft
