I'm putting a fullsize chevy 4" lift spindle on a 85 monte carlo..I said s-10 casue I know half of you will hate on it!..but has anyone else done it? I started it today..I know the lower balljoint is too small for the fullsize spindle..havent measured the tie rod or upper ball joint so not sure if they will work..hopin I can put a fullsize lower ball joint into a monte a-arm..any help out there?

the kits we sell use new upper arms with a f/s balljoint, and a ring that welds into the lower arms....

yea you could use the s10 lift spindle.... but you cant get as much lift as with the f/s...

yeah...looks like the fullsize 4" spindle is gonna give about 5.5" of lift..I figured I'd have to cut the end off a fullsize lower arm and weld it onto the monte arm..which would fix that problem and the other..it has terrible positive camber..too much to shim..if I extend the lower arm about a 1/4 to 1/2 inch it should level out..cris - Who sells the kit your talkin about?
