hey what problem are you having with the axles?

I think its hard to find someone to narrow the axles cause they taper. On mine Im gonna run a datsun 521 rear or a 4X4 toyota rear that would have to be narrowed. The datsun rear is about 3" narrower than the frontier.

moser or strange can make an axle to fit anything your heart desires....

I can't picture the hood, but I like the fenders.

yeah im with some of the others...everything looks but would look alot cleaner with a wheel that fit the stock metal....but to each there own.

The fenders are the only way i would do it, i despise how people just cut the fenders and raise the back up 5'' to clear the wheels. The problem with the axles are that the splines are rolled on meaning 1/ the spline is below the surface and 1/2 is above it. The axle gets bigger in dia down the axle but where i need the splines to land there would only be 3/8'' actually grabbing. Ive called mosier, strange, and dutchman and all of them just dont deal with this particular axle style. Theyre like the older chryslers and have a nut on the back side of the backingplate to hold them in... If i had a set of axles that were even 1'' wider then i would have 1 3/8'' of spline contact and i would be good.

Yes there is another frontier on 20s but i dont see how he accomplished it. Hes 1/4'' from door but i still dont se how he fit the tires under the stock sheetmetal, i had to raise mine 1 1/2''.
