"WHITE WALL" TIRE MACHINE ????

Hey guys writing from down under australia...

I have been looking at buying one of them white wall machines, they engrave a tiny bit out of the tires sidewall then u apply a coloured band (white, red, blue, green, etc.) (pic Bellow) not sure if they are popular in the states but I am trying to buy this equipment so I can do a few jobs on the weekend and on the side as they seem to be wanted here and no one knows where/who to go see to get them done.

If anyone has info on where this equipment can be purchased, websites, etc. that would be greatly appreciated.
