Call Tom, a very nice guy who will work with you to do one-off's for whatever you need. He made a bunch of stuff on my '00 toy...and even has some universal items like dip stick covers and radiator caps.
He's based in Florida, but ask just about anyone, anywhere, with a show truck/car and they probably got their billet from Tom.
