I just got a york 210 and everything else for my 95 3.0 ranger. A couple of questions I have is one do I mount the check valve right off the york then the line then mount the oil/water seperator close to the tank. Where is the best location for the seperator closer to the tank or the EDC. ALso I willbe using my two 380's as backups, should I run a seperate switch for both the comps and EDC. RIght now the comps are hooked up to the ignition wire. Thanks for any help this is my first time with an EDC. JIMMY

ok i would run the seperator close to the comp and i would put the check valve at the point where your stainless line off the comp. ends...and remeber to use a none detergent oil..also i would run one switch for ur elec comp and run the eng driven off a ignitin not a constant that way the pressure switch and clutch wont drai ur batt if u have a small leak

i have my seperator about 3' off the edc (the lenth of the steel braided line)then check valve right off that. used a trunk popper button (like the ones you find in a glovebox in a honda, etc)to run the edc instead of a toggle switch, this way you have total control of the running and there is no way youll forget to switch it off. definately run the electrics off a pressure switch as stated above, they can run when air is low automaticly

What if wanted the 380's to be back up in case the EDC takes a crap. Can I jsut have the EDC run off the ignition and the 380's run off a switch. SO basically it is the edc, stainless line, seperator, check valve the line to the tanks. Where is the best place to get the seperator and check valve. JIMMY
