22re engine parts to clear a stock hood with a body drop.

Hey guys, I am in a bind and need to sell some stuff to pay the damn IRS. I have a custom made 22re intake that josh at railitcustoms had on here a while back $250 shipped. It has been gone over and all of the welds checked by a certified tig welder and some were rewelded to be sure so no leaks. and I have a set of 3/4" drop chrome engine mounts also that I will let go for $150 shipped. I would do trades but I need money right now, otherwise I would keep these parts. my number is 931-802-2956 if anyone is interested. I have paypal also to speed things up.

I'm sure somebody is looking for these items so they can clear a stock hood. I need to sell them. best offer.

hey i have a 2 1/2 in body drop with a 1.2 z you think that 3/4 drop would work
and if so you have any pics

the intake sits level with the valve cover and kyle bertsch would be able to tell you more about the mounts.

I hate to be a cock block, but 3/4" drop probably wouldn't cut. You probably need an inch or more. But the intake would work.

im thinkin you meant 1.5 and not 1.2 Z..if so...thats the same way my toyota is done...2.5 bd and 1.5 Z..i used seths 1.5 dropped mounts and my stock hood clears and i can stick my hand between the hood and the intake...BUT..kyles yota is bodydropped 4 inches..no Z...and 1.5 drop didnt clear his cowl hood..which makes no sense..cuz i have the equivalent of a 4 inch bodydrop and i got a ton of room

He also could have meant 1.25"?

The other thing that doesn't make sense to me is why Kyles motor mounts didn't fit right. I built them on the same jig I built yours on. I just changed the design specifically for his truck, but still the same jig.

Either way, 1" mounts work well for truck that are on the pinch, and to the rocker. But any lower and stuff starts hitting.

bump. anybody? 125 for the mounts and 225 for the intake. shipped. I would be using them If I didn't have to pay the IRS. but If someone has a kx1200.1 I will trade my intake for it or I will trade both for a kx2500.1. Short or one 1200.1 amp for my solobarics but a 2500.1 would work to power both if I could find one.
