no pics yet but went and drove it ,,it drives straight down the road stops good and doesnt have a lot of play in the steering so im happy with it ..ill probally bring the new baby home tomm.gotta work out the trade .im trading him a 93 maZda truck and like 1000. what do you guys think? goood deal?ok so here the good and the bad ..the good is the truck is unmolested pretty decent for the price , its a 3/4 ton truck but i have a 70 1/2ton parts truck that i can swap out the suspension for a better wheel choice or leave it a 8 lug .it has aftermarket ac that bolts to the bottom of the dash,,it blows just not cold ,,the roof around the drip rail is cancer free, well it apperars to be has a pretty solid 350 with a autotranny with only a small oil leak that i can see ..no body work or gobs of bondo that i can see.and now for the bad,,rockers are ate up pretty good with rust..the floor in the rear must have been pretty bad cause they put a piece of plywood down and covered it up with carpet. oh and the front cab brace/mount is pretty rusty to but again i have a clean parts truck also..ill post up some pics as soon as i get it

The rear floors of those trucks are wood factory. Thats just the way they were. Those trucks rust pretty bad just about everywhere. Ive done a few of that vintage truck, and had a 72 suburban myself. If the rockers are rusty, usually the rest of the truck is pretty bad. Pay real close attention all around the bottom of the truck. My burban we replaced from the body line down, all the way around the truck. When i bought the truck, it didnt look too bad either. Also make sure to look around the cowl area really good, the rust there too. If you buy it, good luck with the project! I sure do miss mine.
