How did you bend the sheet metal around like thay?

Did you pre- bend it and then weld it in?or tack & bend it to a round frame type stucture?

either way it looks clean as hell.......

there is a structure but the sheet metal was sent through a slip roll first to get close to the curve then tacked and bent

gump's dash. not a sheetmetal dash but i figured id mention it cuz im in love with it! gump even said i could have sex with it as long as i paid him and cleaned up the mess!

^I've always loved that dash and the way the top of the doors came out russell. It's out a fairlane correct?

yeah, according to his profile its a 58' failane dash. and yeah the way the door panels flow with the dash is what makes it so badass to me too.
