would a 1994 4runner 2wd have the same suspension as a 2wd pickup of that year?

I could be wrong, but I don't think they made those things in 2wd.

The 4Runners where made in 2WD form. Its on a 4WD chassis with a 2WD drivetrain. So, its 4WD suspension.

NO THEY ARE NOT THE SAME.

its a 4wd chassis withouth the front diff. if you wanna bag one the easiest way is to swap out the front clip for a 2wd pickup front frame.

What if you want to stock floor one? I s it still best to find a 89-95 yota pickup donor frame.

from what ive seen done by people, its probably best to use an 89-95 pickup from the front bumper to about the back of the cab, and make new shit from where back. or the firewall. make the frame have the body points in the spots you need...ive heard til the back of the cab they are in the same spots. the wheelbase is different thought. 102" for a standard cab short bed. 122" for a standard cab long bed, or an ex cab short bed. US doesnt have stock 4 doors or ex/longs.
