Salvage Yard Owners

Anyone on here own a salvage yard? Me and a friend are taking over a local junkyard, and have a few questions, such as what people are using for inventory systems, has anyone used the fast parts program.I have a few other question,and I'm just trying to find some information. Thanks

hey hit me up were setup on a system called hotlines that goes all over the states, our shop has been on it since it came out and thats about 6-7 years ago but its im not going to lie to you but salavage business has hit an all time low and were seeing it. my grandpa started our shop back in 59 when he came here and he tells us everyday how bad it is. also the feds are fixing to put some new laws in effect that will screw yall out of some money on parts but pm and ill give u more info on the system we use

I have a toyota as well haha, but anyways Im need of an old school metal dash, preferably complete. Looking to do the classic style custom dash swap. Let me know what ya have. Doesnt matter the vehicle. Thanks
