89-94 blinker/wiring?

im reassembling my truck(89 toy) and i just ran my taillight wiring to the back of my truck.i discovered everything except my turn signals are working. it looks like green with a black stripe is the signal wire.the front bulbs are in.the dash cluster is in.where is the blinker located? i purchased my truck disassembled so it may not even be on the truck.theres an assload of harnesses hanging in the dash area(the dash is outta the truck).thanks for any help.

i found the problem..it was the hazard light switch was disconnected.
