polishing fuel cell

I've got a aluminum fuel cell from jegs and i was wandering what all i was needed and the steps to take to polishing it to a shiny finish. I've never done anythin like that before and was trying to get some input on the right steps of doing it

hit up chopped mazda im pretty sure he did the same thing

Buffer and some metal polished worked for me, believe me, it'll take a long time to do it by hand
