I got a 93 with a TBI 454 and ill get around 8mpg pulling a 3 car wedge and 12 pulling a single car.

my 91 has the 454 with just a few little things like an rv2 cam & i'm lucky if its 8 downhill with a tailwind. maybe 12 or so on the highway.
then again, my trailer weighd 1850lbs with nothing on it.

i was getting 13-14 on the highway with the stock 454 with the tbi and no trailer or anything.

dam i have a 05 gmc crew cab not a dually and it has a 5.3 and it only gets 15.5 avg

no dually, i have an 97 ex cab long bed 2500 with the 5.7. i get about 11 - 12 city, 14 hwy if im doin 70 - 80, 16-17 if i keep it under 2000 rpm which is 65 mph

I know this isn't the model your talking about but my 05' GMC Sierra crew cab I get 24 mpg on the highway and about 18 around the city unless I really punch it. Thats just taking it easy. It's got the 5.3 Vortec V8.
