well i got this 97 taco and just need some info on lifts(i have done hillbilly lifts before)this is my daily till i get the 90 done,and probly even after that..............i got these 33's off my boy for 50 bucks,,,,good deal...........i was thinkin a 3 inch body lift,and a 6 inch fabtech but i want to look down at semi truck drivers in this thing....just haven fun but im still mini all the way.ignore the cap its commin off

put full with chevy axles under its and get the ifs out of it and you might want something bigger then 33s

i have some like new maybe 400 miles on them 37 that would look nice under it

you will need around 6" to clear 33s. 35-36s would be good with 9", then you'll need to regear. read through customtacos.com or ttora.com and you'll find plenty pf info. this should get you started.

ummmmmmmmmm?........those are 33's on stock suspension they dont rubb (havent done anything crazy with em yet though)

i would put 6" procomp, i dont like the fabtech, ive put on a few of them and they just dont ride good on anything.the body lift is good if you aint going to do a bunch of wheelin, if you do watch your body mounts and make sure they dont come thru the bottom of your cab, ive seen it happen!! i have a 97 ext.cab 2wd that im making into a 4wd with dana 60s front an rear with a 400 horse 350 in it. good luck and later.

well im gunna be more of a once a monther in the muddin scene but it will be fun to drive to work ive decided to roll 33's on road,and go bigger(undecided on size
) off road,,,,,,so procomp is good? wat gearing? i want to save gas .and not have a prob switchin from 33's to ??'s.im gunna do a 3 inch body for now so tires wont rub
