I think im going to get some of that braided airline from gravity werx in a week or too and do what Mat said and just put some old shop hose around the airline that will be inside the notch. I think that will be fine.

I was just going to say hydraulic line. Cheaper than braided and easily adapted back to dot air line. Plus why run braided in the notch where it is not seen.

I always use stainless braided line on my trucks. I have never had a problem with rubbing holes in them drive the dually every day for four years with it. It is the safest way to go. We have a parker store here in town tell them the lengths and what ends they do all the work. The only thing is it is a little high.

As stated just sleeve it so it has additional protection. No need to spend that much money when a few layers of old shop hose would protect just as good. Good luck.
