pics of custom door panels

im about to install 6.5" component sets and redo the entire panels on my 89 toy .i plan on doin 'glass pods.i'd do kick panels but there isn't any room after i did my bodydrop so they have to go in the doors.lets see some pics of what you guys have.

i have 6.5s in the doors of my 92. just in a hole. mounted from the outside of the door. fairly normal. id like to make a tear drop or similar pod for them out of glass though. i had an idea for how to make the pod. dollar store has like 8" round strofoam circles for fake plant stuff. use that on a thin piece of fiberboard/mdf at the position you want. fleece over it and then glass it up. just use a razor to cut the hole in the middle of the foam before you do the glass so its easy to cut.

its a good solution to people who have no tool access.

and for the door panels, just rewrap the stock one. maybe a cool modified arm rest.
