If money is a problem you might want to check out one of the various do it yourself web builders Like homestead, 1and1, yahoo, and the like. I have a e-commerce site with homestead its like 24 bucks a month, i built it maintain it, and add products as needed. I have no skills what so ever.. First site ive ever built. super simple and fast. The monthly price includes my own domain name.

I wanted to go with KEG for my website but IM a poor mofo just starting out. A professional building your site is a huge plus but when money is tight you have to do what you can.
