I have my auto tranny with o.d. out of my 2.2re truck for sale and a guy wants to know if it will bolt up to his 20r motor? Will this work?

it will mostly likely work if its already an auto but he needs to put in and od button in the dash... if its not an outo then he needs to change out some stuff from a 22r auto so that it will meet the block.

It will bolt to the 20R block. You need to use the 22R flex plate and TC.

what year yota is the tranny going into? might be crossmember problems. when I put a 5 speed from a 79 into my 77. the tranny crossmember in a tortion bar truck is farther back on the frame than it is on the 78 and down yotas with coil springs.
