im going to be buying 24s here soon currently i am laid out on 265/35/22.i am goin to try and design and have built a upper control arm bracket that bolts to the existing mounts then saddles the frame and welds on there.im not pro on all this stuff so i would like your advice.i always that the best way to have your arms is equal length and parralell at half travel.my tire size a 285/35/24 at 31.6 tall. the truck is a 05 chevy silveradoi was thinking about having lowers made 1" shorter than having the upper mounts made to move to move the mounting point up a 1-1.5" and in 1- 1.5 inches. depending on what gives me the results i want.i am eventually do a 4" body drop on my truck and would like to clear my tires using stock spindles.so i will need to have no pos camber issues.

what are your opinions and suggestions on this topic.

i think if it works out well it would be somethin nice to offer to people that want to lay on 24s without cheater tires but dont have the knowledge to build custom arms or move their mounts.i just odnt like all the neg camber. i want my wheels to sit in and straight. which will allow me turn pretty well when low

As I tell everybody that askes about moving points around... Draw it out on paper and see how it cycles. I don't think that I would ever waste my time without first drawing it all out.
