no truck or money

ok so i sold my 95 yota to a dude in fl im in az he had my truck for about a month and called is visa card holder and had them take the money back because he doesnt like the truck and is haveing a little problum with the title so now i have to pay paypal the money back because visa took them money back so now i have no truck or the money for it and have to pay paypal 2900$ befor they take me to collections over it the dude said i can have the truck back but hes not payin to get it back to az soo no matter what im fuked out of about 1000s for shippin and i have to find 2900 to pay paypal and hes had the truck for about 5 months now sorry had to vent a little

file a court case against the buyer now. that will limit the dirty cock suckers over at pay pal. then a judge in az can straiten it all out.

dude imo id get a lawyer on that

why is he having a title issue? is it something on your end? or all on his?
i believe i would be getting legal advice too...not from streetsource

if the paypal is in negative status but hasnt been taken from your checking acct or credit card then call the bank and have them close any account accosiated with your paypal. paypal cant get shit from you then! paypal sucks at defending your money@ do this immediately and fuk it! ive been through paypal hell numerous times over some bullshit asshole who knows how to work paypal disputes to their advantage!

ya im going to have to paypal told me to file a stolen vehicle but i cant i signed it over to him then i talked to a cop and told me to go to the fbi and have them go after visa cuz shit i should go and take all my money back on everything i have ever bought with my visa and paypal and the seller is fuked out of the money l
