the problem with using s10 poly mounts (there are a hundred kits to do that) is that the s10 mount setup has a top and bottom bushing, so you need more room on the bottom. But when you stockfloor a mazda the front mount almost hits the ground as it is.
If it helps you decide though, rubber has better isolation properties than poly, that why poly works better in suspension is there is less 'give'. I'd just order new stock mazda mounts.
