I had something similar happen on my 97 350. I brought it to a mechanic and he found that it was in my cap, even though my cap was about 7 months old so he replaced it with a delco cap and it almost never does it anymore. It still jumps now if there is a heavy mist or fog over night, or if i dont use my truck for a few days, but it only last for about five minutes. Hope this helps.
